Jason Duval — male protagonist
Ex-Army veteran living in the Leonida Keys, working for local drug runners. Practical, tactical, loyal. Meeting Lucia is, in his own words, 'the best or worst thing to ever happen to him.'
Lucia Caminos — female protagonist
First major non-optional female protagonist in mainline GTA history. Grew up in Liberty City, incarcerated at Leonida Penitentiary for a crime tied to 'fighting for her family.' Sharp, defiant, fierce.
Supporting cast — now with names
The August 2026 Extended Look finally named four supporting characters: Raul Bautista (a heist fixer/crew leader), Boobie Ike (Vice City music-and-money underworld), Bae-Luxe (influencer-economy satire) and Roxy (a story wildcard). Antagonists
